8. Force Majeure
You acknowledge that your use of, or access to, the shiplink.info website may be subject to interruption or delay. SEC and shiplink.info do not give you any warranty that the Site or the services offered through it will be error free, without interruption or delay, or free from defects in design or engineering.
This agreement and your use of the shiplink.info website shall be governed by Korean law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Korean courts.
10. Changes to the Site
The SEC reserves the right, in its discretion, to suspend, change, modify, add or remove portions of shiplink.info content available on the Site at any time and to restrict the use and accessibility of the Site.

The Site is mostly consisting of advertisements that are posted by users. The users should follow the rules as above. Some users may breach these terms and post advertisements that are misleading, untrue or offensive. You must bear all risk associated with your use of the advertisements and should not rely on advertisements in making (or refraining from making) any specific investment or other decisions.
By submitting advertisements you are granting SEC perpetual royalty free non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-license the advertisements in whole or in part and in any form. This may include personal information such as your user name. SEC reserves the right to contact you with regard to your use of contents of the site. You waive any moral rights that you may have in regard to the advertisements you submit. It is not possible for SEC to fully and effectively monitor advertisements in connection with infringement of third party rights.
