Outline of 80% mortgages on the used vessels.
Investment
End user (Buyer Company): 20%
Chinese Finance Company: 80%
*End user may be required to invest more as per the company's scale and
finance status.
A range of application to 80% mortgages service,
AA) All types of commercial vessel but must be below 5 years old as of 2012.
BB) The vessel built in anywhere is acceptable.
CC) The vessel's tonnage must be above 15,000 DWT
