 Dear Sirs
I have a clients whon operate in Africa and are very influencial and now require a Tug with the 
details close to the ones provided below.  we need to find good option while still securing 
sufficient commission for us , but will need to be 90¡¯s build. The second important factor 
would be the loaction of the Tug, as the vessel will operate in Africa and therefore we do not 
want to spend large amount delivering the vessel. 

They have told me that they would like to move on this very quickly so please let me know if you 
can provide any suitable options.
